Frequently Asked Questions

Contemplating buying or selling a house and have no idea where to begin? Here’s a list of some of the questions you might have about the real estate process. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch.

How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?

Megan will work diligently to list your home on the Bright MLS and various social media channels. If you're selling, Megan will feature your house on the "Featured House" section of her website and she will share your listing with other agents. Megan tailors her approach differently for each listing. Each house/property is unique. Real Estate is not cookie cutter, neither should your REALTOR®.

What areas does Megan cover?

Megan mostly covers parts of Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties. However, Bucks Counties are also in her service area.

What if we want Megan's expertise in another part of PA?

Megan is a member of Bright MLS, which covers Southeast PA and some parts of Central PA. BUT Megan is Licensed for ALL of PA. So using Megan is not completely out of the question. If for some reason, Megan can't help you (she will try everything she can), she will put in touch with another GREAT Agent who can!

Speaking of Bright MLS... What is that?

Bright MLS is a Multiple Listing Service which has over 95,000 subscribers. It's a great resource for the Broker, Agent/REALTOR® and their clients! Bright MLS even has a Personalized Client Portal to help keep you informed and up to date with a ton of info! Check it out here! If you're interested in the portal. Megan will set it up for you, so you don't have to be inconvenienced.

YES!!!! Megan is a Licensed member of the National Association of REALTORS®. "REALTORS® are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics." - NAR

Is Megan a REALTOR®?

Do I have to travel to Conshohocken to do business with Megan?

No! Megan is based out of Douglassville but travels all over the place.

Do we have to "close" at the Conshohocken Office?
