Megan Herr is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident who grew up riding horses competitively in Lancaster, Berks and Chester County. She has unwavering dedication to her clients, being intensely involved in each transaction and doing what it takes to get each deal done! Megan actively lists homes for sale and luxury apartments for rent in Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties. This year, she completed over 52+ transactions, making her one of the busiest and most successful realtors in the area. She is a passionate real estate networker who has an undeniably strong presence and confidence that has propelled her into the rooms of clients including investors, developers, businesses, and homeowners, want-to-be home owners and tenants. After almost 19 years in the pharmaceutical world, Megan transitioned into a career in residential and commercial real estate and has never looked back. Outside of her passion for real estate, Megan is an author dedicated to raising awareness for food allergies, and has published an award winning book about her son called “Lucas Takes His Food Allergies to Daycare."
